ECO Green Packaging is a trading name of Wanster Investments Pty Ltd, 55 Resource Way, Malaga WA 6090, Australia.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

If your order arrives damaged, is faulty, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving or collecting it. Email order@ecogreenpackaging.au with your order number and photographs of the goods and the outer carton. We will arrange a replacement, a refund, or another remedy appropriate to the failure, at no cost to you.

Change of mind

We accept change of mind returns within 14 days of you receiving or collecting your order, provided that the goods are unused and still in their original unopened carton, the carton and its packaging are undamaged and resaleable, and you can provide proof of purchase.

Return delivery to our Malaga store is at your cost, and we recommend using a tracked method. Once we receive and inspect the goods we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method. We cannot accept change of mind returns on cartons that have been opened, part used, marked, labelled, or stored in a way that affects their food safe condition.

How to start a return

Email order@ecogreenpackaging.au with your order number and the reason for the return. Please do not send goods back before contacting us, so that we can confirm the return address and the process with you first.

Refunds

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method. Once we process a refund, your bank or card issuer may take a further 3 to 10 business days to show the funds in your account.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can usually cancel and refund an order in full if it has not yet been picked or dispatched.
